1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and agreements with Poppy.
2. Booking and deposit
A booking is confirmed after written confirmation and receipt of a deposit. Without a deposit, Poppy reserves the right to release the date.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
Bookings cannot be cancelled. In exceptional circumstances, an event may be rescheduled in consultation. This is at Poppy’s sole discretion.
The deposit is non-refundable.
4. Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Electricity
The client must provide access to a standard working power outlet (230V) at the event location.
6. Location and travel costs
Events outside the city of Groningen may incur additional travel fees. These will be communicated in advance.
7. Liability
Poppy is not liable for damage resulting from unsafe or unsuitable conditions at the event location. The client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible setup area.
